Thomas Plessis

Co-founder & CEO

With a triple background in TV, radio, and digital, his career is rooted in the creative industries. As a producer across scripted, unscripted, and documentary content, he heads the production company Dim Sum Entertainment, which he co-founded, while also leading Galerie Noren, a minimalist space dedicated to contemporary art. A former radio executive in France and internationally, as well as a digital audio pioneer (RadioPodcast.fr, acquired by Lagardère in 2006), he spearheaded the digital strategy of leading creative groups—from Lagardère Studios to Mediawan, where he served as Chief Digital Officer and producer.
